Made by the Gibson Montana Custom Shop for the guitarist who wants it all; this guitar is truly a work of art! Abalone trims the solid Spruce top, and an ornate "Autumn leaf" design is inlaid in the Ebony fingerboard and in the headstock. Abalone also graces the rosette and bridge pins. Those with an eye for detail will note the bird's beak design reflected in the neck at the soundhole, the Ebony bridge and the pickguard. Like all guitars in the line, this one features Gibson's fast-action neck, Advanced Bracing Pattern, and factory-installed transducer pickup with active pre-amp. Rosewood back and sides, a bound fingerboard and headstock, and gold tuners top off the list of appointments.

This premier concert acoustic is now the "top choice" of stage and studio artists around the world. The top of this fine guitar is made of select Spruce and the back and sides are solid Rosewood, for a deep, full sound that will fill an auditorium. Listening to this guitar is like hearing music through a fine set of headphones, the tonal range is that outstanding. A Venetian cutaway of the CL-30, this model provides increased playing comfort and access up the neck, while retaining a full dreadnought body sound due to its Advanced Bracing Pattern, scalloped and tuned bracing, and dovetail neck-to-body joint. Like the CL-30, this guitar features a solid Spruce top, and exotic African Bubinga back and sides, as well as a Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. All other features are the same, including the Abalone inlay and factory-installed transducer pick-up with active pre-amp. A great guitar for those who like to reach the upper limits in their craft.

I challenge you to compare the CL-30 Deluxe to any acoustic in its category on the market today. This model features Gibson's fast-action neck, a solid Spruce top and Gibson's Advanced Bracing Pattern, providing incredible playing comfort, acoustic projection and balance. Its solid back and sides are of African Bubinga, a highly figured, exotic wood with a warm, deep tone.
