This Epiphone ER500M is an outstanding guitar. This is a guitar we purchased from a nationally recognized and Epiphone certified warranty repair center. They have a deal with Epiphone to purchase the factory seconds; guitars with cosmetic flaws or needing minor repair. This guitar was designated a second because of minor cosmetic flaws. There are some teeny tiny specs on the top between the pick-guard and bridge. No dings, no dents. There are some extremely faint fine superficial scratches on the pick-guard, but the guitar is now packed away awaiting shipping. It has an excellent set-up and action. built to a high level of quality. This Epiphone really has all the great things you want in a guitar...playability, craftmanship, tone, looks!!

These b-stock guitars are required to be stamped "used" on the back of the headstock to avoid factory warranty repairs. These guitars are checked thoroughly by the authorized service center and then also checked out by us to be certain they are like new in every way. Any visible cosmetic flaw is disclosed and photographed.
Other sellers have similar guitars from the same or similar warranty service centers, however we hand pick our guitars in-person and provide a full warranty for one year.
