Product Information
The Gibson CSM Grand Concert acoustic guitar from the Songmaker series features a J-45 headstock, the rosette of the SJ-200, the pickguard from the Blues King, and the bridge from the Woody Guthrie Southern Jumbo. Gibson blended these timeless features with two classic body styles the legendary dreadnought and the grand concert, and three traditional guitar-making woods quilted maple, mahogany, and rosewood creating a series of guitars for every personal preference. This Gibson guitar is made using solid woods and sports features such as Gibson's traditional scalloped bracing, double-acting truss rod, and premium Sitka spruce top. Other significant appointments include solid mahogany back and sides, a solid mahogany, 25-1/2-inch scale neck with an ebony fingerboard, white boltaron binding, genuine mother of pearl dot inlays, chrome hardware, and Tusq saddles, nuts, and bridge pins. The headstock and peghead carry the Gibson logo in silk-screened gold letters.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained via the customer from ATX Technologies and is required for ALL returns.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires, RA#'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
CPU, Memory, Hard Drives, Computer and Computer accessories have a 15-days warranty from time of delivery, 30-days from time of delivery for everything else unless we express otherwise. All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging with the UPC and barcode intact, all components, manuals, accessories and registration card(s) included. Computer software is returnable only if unopened and un-registered. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film...etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory or will require a deduction for a replacement. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
