Recently obtained from the second owner (since the 1960's)...I am offering with NO RESERVE this gorgeous vintage 1939 Gibson L-00 acoustic flat-top guitar in vintage sunburst. The finish looks very good with lots of finish checking and a few dents and dings and some definite play wear (especially around the sound hole). Super nice looking fire striped pickguard. Great and Straight "V" style neck that is a pleasure to play. The neck has finish wear off the back but is nice and smooth. Beautiful Fretboard. Original frets in good condition. The action is just right and not too high but the saddle is as low as it will probably go so play it while the action is still good (which should be for many more years to come). Overall this is a very clean vintage acoustic guitar. Comes with original old chipboard case that is in good condition both inside and out. Check out the detailed photos of this fine vintage guitar...it has a great neck, fretboard, frets, finish and the action is good...the whole package!

14.75" wide, mahogany back and sides, spruce top, white bound top and back, rectangle rosewood bridge with black bridge pins, dot fingerboard inlays, "V" shaped neck, 14 frets clear, ebonized fingerboard, 3-on-a-plate tuners, tapered peghead, "Gibson" peghead logo in white paint, sunburst finish, fire pickguard.
