1938 GIBSON L-37 L37 Archtop Acoustic Guitar with case

This guitar is a very nice old Gibson L-37. It came to me from the original owner along with the custom hand-made case. The neck is straight and plays great, frets have some light wear but there are no deadspots or divots on the frets or fingerboard. The finish has some normal crazing from age and some minor nicks and dings. A DeArmond pickup with very old volume and tone control were added. Top has a crack and there are two very small cracks in the back in the very middle from shrinkage. It has aged wonderfully and the tone is amazing! Nice boomy resonant lows and very sweet twangy highs.
