Offered in this auction is an Epiphone Acoustic Guitar.  Made by Gibson.  Model PR-200-NA.  This is a beautiful acoustic guitar with wonderful tone.

CONDITION:  This Gibson is preowned and in good condition.  Please carefully examine our photos.  There is a light spot on the top, the result of a sticker that was placed on the guitar when new and the wood around it darkening with age, as spruce does.  The back has a lot of light scratches in the varnish.

NOTE: 
Please keep in mind that this is a used instrument -- you should expect
slight normal wear.  There may be very minor scratches, scuffs, or other finish
wear associated with age and use that are not visible in photos.  We
attempt to very accurately represent our items' condition with photos and descriptive text, yet these are subjective and

Condition Terms Explained

We use following definitions for the condition of our items:

NEW / NIB: New in the original packing. Never used. Precisely as it comes from the manufacturer with all contents.

ULTRA MINT: Virtually flawless but may show very minor signs of shop wear from being placed in and out of a showcase. If the original box is present, the box or packaging may have slight dings or tears.

MINT: Above Excellent condition. Like new, may have been used a few times.

MINTY: Very, Very Good to Excellent condition. Must be very close to new condition. 

VERY GOOD: Below Minty. Must function perfectly. May have minor scratches, scuffs or other cosmetic imperfections.

GOOD: May have noticeable signs of wear, but an item that is fully functional and one you would be proud to own and use.

FAIR: Definite signs of use. Very salvageable. Will clean up nicely with a standard cleaning and minor part replacement.

AS IS: Exactly that. May or may not be functional (see description). If not working, an item that is definitely salvageable. Not guaranteed. Not returnable.

Bidding & Purchasing Considerations

We reserve and may exercise the right to cancel bids or purchases from buyers who:

2) Are registered in a country other than the U.S. or Canada;
3) Are listed by our credit reporting agency as having filed a credit card chargeback to PayPal;

Payment

For items to be shipped, we accept ONLY PayPal payments. For local pick-up, we accept PayPal, cash, and credit cards. Unless immediate payment is made via PayPal, winning bidders are expected to contact us within 48 hours of the auction’s close. Please respond to the eBay invoice or e-mail us through the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on this page. Payment must be received within 7 days. We follow-up on all non-responding or non-paying bidders. A 6.5% sales tax is added for Florida buyers (only).

Cancellations

The winning of an auction constitutes a binding contract under the laws of all 50 states, however we understand that there are rare circumstances under which a winning bidder may not wish to complete the transaction. To avoid the loss of our eBay fees and listing costs, we will under certain conditions allow you to cancel or reverse your transaction without full payment and with positive feedback. This requires that you provide us with a 10-20% relisting/restocking fee (purchase price only, excluding shipping cost).

Shipping

IMPORTANT: We charge ONLY what we actually pay for shipping, plus the wholesale cost of the box -- Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback. Shipping is more costly than many people realize. This item ships to the U.S. and Canada. (For shipping to other countries, please inquire.) If paid through PayPal, the item can ship ONLY to a PayPal confirmed address. We generally ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. To determine your exact shipping cost, please use the provided shipping calculator (to keep your costs as low as possible). UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Standard to Canada are our default shipping methods and the costs as indicated. Packaging, handling, and insurance coverage up to $100.00 are included. Local pick-up is available at no cost.

Insurance

Under eBay policy, sellers are no longer allowed to offer additional shipping insurance. However, since we ship through UPS, every package is automatically insured up to $100.00. Plus, we use the services of our professional UPS Store for packing and shipping, so every item is very well packed and shipped under the UPS Store "Pack-and-Ship Promise." (Contact UPS for details.) A review of our shipping records shows that, out of nearly 3000 items shipped through the years, only 8 items have been damaged in transit. This means that the statistical chance of damage is less than 0.3% (three-tenths of one percent). Clearly, when shipping through a UPS Store, the risk is extremely small and valid insurance claims are promptly paid. It is important to understand that the carrier retains control if a package is damaged or lost. This arrangement is mandated by over 100 years of legal precedent in transportation law—eBay "policy" cannot change state or federal law, and common-carrier regulations and transfers of ownership are strictly a matter of law—if a consignee refuses a shipment, possession is retained by the carrier; if the consignee accepts the shipment, ownership transfers to him. Despite the "buyer pays ­shipping" or "free shipping" language common to most online auctions, the carrier of record—in this case, UPS—is in control with respect to loss or damage.

Duty & Brokerage Fees

For items shipped OUTSIDE of the U.S. there may be local customs, duties, and brokerage fees. These are not known to us at the time of shipping, and are not included in the shipping costs that we charge you. All countries have specific procedures and sometimes fees for incoming packages. It is wise to check with your country's customs authorities and UPS shipping representatives about possible charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Your business is very important to us. Please read the item description thoroughly and examine the photos carefully. Winning bidders who feel that their item was significantly misrepresented must notify us immediately. If the problem is valid and cannot be otherwise resolved, we will, within 7 days of your receipt of the item, authorize a return for a refund of the purchase price. Please understand that we will NOT authorize a return for something specifically described or depicted in the listing. A restocking fee may apply. If you have questions, please ask us BEFORE bidding.
