Very nice late-Fifties LG-1. Mahogany back and sides, spruce top, Brazilian rosewood fretboard and bridge. Upgraded to Grover tuners; if you like the old Kluson button tuners, reissues are under $50 on the Web. A good deal of finish checking as would be expected on a 53+ year old Gibson, some scratches and finish wear on the back, but no cracks on the top, back, or sides. There's a crack on the outer laminated wood section on the left side of the peghead; the cracked finish stops in between two tuners on both sides (see pics). Fantastic neck, wide/slim profile, incredible action and tone, little fret wear. Original hard case is in excellent shape, all latches work and interior is A+.
