Gibson Dove Acoustic/Electric Guitar Rosewood Fretboard Natural

Item Description

Here's a real beautiful acoustic instrument crafted by Gibson: a Dove acoustic/electric guitar with a natural top finish and a cherry stain to the back, sides, and neck. This Dove is constructed of a spruce top with figured maple for the back and sides, a 3-piece figured maple neck with walnut laminates, rosewood fretboard with split trapezoid inlays, 25.5" scale length, a 12" upper bout and 16" lower bout, a bone nut, multi-ply top and back binding, a rosewood bridge, an engraved pickguard, L.R. Baggs Element electronics, and Grover tuners.

This Dove is in great shape, and does not have much evidence of play time on it. There is a small crack in the lacquer on the bottom half of the top of the body. This sometimes occurs when guitars are left out when the weather changes, it does not affect the playability nor does it go down to the wood. There are some light pickmarks around the body, but no dents or dings that affect the playability or the sound of the instrument. It's a beautiful looking guitar with a tight and bright acoustic tone, with the electronics built in to let you control your amplified sound as well.
